An open notebook on peptide care

Liquid Hydration IV brings a few words to untangle

This is a reading guide for understanding peptide care and finding care to discuss. It is not a business of this name or any other care business, and it takes no bookings.

Ask what the treatment is called, who would assess you, and who would prepare any medicine. Keep each answer in writing.

Cut-paper leaves, a folded green sheet and a blank cream index card arranged like an open notebook.
A little room to sort the words before the decision.

The name on the door is only a beginning

An IV vitamin drip gives liquid into a vein. If one is offered, ask what is in the liquid and why you are being offered it. If a peptide is also mentioned, ask whether it is part of the drip or a separate treatment.

Peptide
In a peptide, the small building parts of proteins are joined into a short chain.

The word describes a structure; it does not tell you which medicine an offer contains.
